Aditya grew up in Kathmandu knowing he wanted to cook. He came to America for engineering school, dropped out, and spent over a year in New York kitchens before his family knew what he was actually doing. He now cooks at Le Bernardin, one of the world’s top restaurants.

His Season 9 menu was Nepali spice and French seafood technique.
