SPONSOR benefits
CONTENT.
We create tons and tons of content before and during our events, all of which will be available to any sponsor at any level. This will include both premium photo and video content.
BRAND AFFILIATION.
So long as your brand’s products fit the bill, we will be sure and work it into our dinners. The use and endorsement of your product, not only from our project, but from the participant chefs, can be a great feather in your cap.
SPOTLIGHT.
Your brand will be highlighted in promotional materials, social posts, and even on the menu during the event.
Take Home.
We will send guests home with your product in whatever form you like, creating a lasting positive impression long after the dinners have concluded.

ALUMNI
Calvin Eng
Owner, Bonnie’s
Born and raised in Brooklyn NY, Calvin Eng learned to cook from his mother. He found his way into culinary school and honed his skills at high-volume restaurants with low price points.
Next, he worked at Nom Wah Nolita and eventually moved over to Win Son, where he soared to success as Chef De Cuisine. In 2021, Calvin opened his restaurant, Bonnie’s, where he serves as Executive Chef. Bonnie’s was featured in several “Best New Restaurant” lists in 2022, and Calvin himself was featured on the “Best New Chefs” list from Food and Wine, and nominated for a James Beard award that same year.
Amanda Shulman
Owner, Her Place Supper Club
& My Loup
Amanda burst onto the scene working for Marc Vetri. She eventually took her talents to New York City, working for chefs like David Chang before heading to Montreal to cook at Joe Beef. Amanda opened up a pop-up in her hometown of Philly called “Her Place Supper Club”, which turned quickly into a permanent residence.
Since the restaurant's opening, Shulman has been nominated for 2 James Beard Awards, both in the Emerging Chef category for 2022 and 2023. Shulman opened her 2nd restaurant, My Loup, alongside her fiancé, chef Alex Kemp, this year.

The secret of good cooking is, first, having a love of it.
